I’m Pallavi D/oKrishna reddy Ella Sumidha has really helped me in lot of ways without her help it would have been a lot of problem. Thanks a lot Sumidha it means a lot for us. Thank you so much. Sumidha has helped me in my father’s insurance claim . She used to give me a quick response and helped us in resolving insurance claim. Whatever time I used to call he she used to answer me in a very polite way and she has helped me in getting NOC and LOD Documents. The situation which we are in at this time is really tough to go to banks and register our claim but Sumidha has helped me by understanding our situation and solved our problem by making us feel that she is with us in this tough times. The collection team is worst. My father had taken loan and he passed away. Now the collection team is behind the family to pay the EMI. Visiting my home and sending messages on WhatsApp. This is like harassment. Not even giving a person time to recover from the loss they have suffered.

I request the CEO and the owner of the SBFC company to organise a meeting with all the branch manager and train them,, like how to help the customers if they have few doubts in the pre closure issues. strictly speaking, their managers are still in learning process. they do not knew anything.Take the action at Secunderabad branch Telangana. your manager doesn't knew the pre- closure loan procedure. they are still finding the procedure from past 2 months. please have an online session regarding the the issue

Bad experience i went for interview as fresher first the hr has seen my cv and ask me all the questions related to my profile then last question ask me about my Pf account i had said i have have pf so they had not considered me as fresher. The criteria is you didn’t work any where its they want completely fresher who doesn’t work any where or don’t have any Pf account. First time i had seen this hahahahaha
